Return & Exchange Policy:

• Replacement and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products listed in our store.

• All products in our store are eligible for return and exchange according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

• Returns or exchanges are allowed if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.

• Returns must be made within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please contact us via the Contact Us page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

• Please take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number to exchange it for another product if it is defective, spoiled, or does not match the agreed use.

• A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.

• We are not responsible for any product usage expectations by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page.

• A 30% deduction, or a minimum of KES 300, will apply if the customer does not want the product and it has no defects or issues.
