When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping company selected and the responsible delivery agent. We work with several shipping partners in major cities, and usually, delivery takes 1 to 3 days from the date the order is placed and confirmed.

Is delivery available outside the country?
Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page. All cities served by our shipping partners are displayed there.

You can request international delivery through our store team via WhatsApp. They will provide information about the product weight and pricing with international shipping agents who are not currently registered on the store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?
You should refer to the Return & Exchange Policy to understand the terms for returns and exchanges. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and the product is accepted for return, shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by the company, and re-shipping will be charged to the customer. The product cost will not be charged to the customer, according to our return policy.

I want to order in bulk. Is there a discount?
The store provides bulk delivery service for large orders. Discounts of 10–20% are available on some products. You can contact us directly via the Contact Us page to inquire about quantities and applicable discounts.
